Screw and barrel made from Nitro alloy steel and duly gas nitride and hardened . Pelletiser unit Blades made from specially alloy steel. SS water cooling trough with guide roller provided. Barrel provided with special cover for hear protection .

  • Heating zones are fully protected and enclosed with covers to prevent heat losses.
  • Cold start protection system for the safety of screw, gear box and bearing housing.
  • Special design screw and barrel to get best quality and homogeneous melt quality.
  • Auto hopper loader for auto granules feeding in hopper. (Optional on request)

  • Water chillier / cooling tower, auto hopper loader, PLC controls, and Air knife can be supplied upon customer request
