3. Transit Insurance & Safe Crating

All SRE shipments are packed with heavy-gauge protective plastic wrapping, edge guards, and solid timber wooden pallets/crates where required to ensure zero transit damage. All full-truckload (FTL) and part-truckload (PTL) consignments are covered under comprehensive transit marine insurance.

4. Unloading & Site Delivery Verification

Consignments will be delivered to the client's registered factory gate or warehouse address. The buyer is responsible for arranging crane / forklift unloading at their site unless turnkey offloading and commissioning has been explicitly included in the formal quotation.
